Mental Health Triage Nurse in Primary Care
Verity Still
Verity qualified as a Mental Health Nurse from Dundee University School of Nursing and Midwifery. Since qualifying Verity has worked in a variety of mental health settings including, acute in-patient admissions, day hospital, child and adolescent, Fife Eating Disorder team and community settings.
Verity provides mental health assessment and brief intervention within the practice.

Louise Lessels
Louise qualified as a registered general nurse in 2000 from Dundee University and over the years has gained a vast amount of experience in nursing. From working in Victoria Hospital Raith ward and orthopaedics ward 10 she then went on to become a district nurse which led to her spending 15 years in general practice as a practice nurse specialising in chronic disease management.
More recently Louise has followed her passion for Respiratory Care specialising in Asthma and Chronic Obstruction Pulmonary Disease. As a primary care specialist nurse she works in 6 GP surgeries providing excellent clinical care from diagnosis through to end stage options. Telephone consultations and face to face appointments are available every Friday at Lochgelly Medical Practice.
